She was born on 2nd November 1986 in Guwahati, Assam to an Ahom family. She is the daughter of Tutumoni and Nava Rajkhowa.
Her family also consists of an elder brother Pankaj Rajkhowa, who is a famous actor, singer, and music composer.
She did her schooling at Sankardev School Ledo and later pursued graduation from Digboi College.
she started her professional career through Assamese serials and has been featured in many series of New Live Television.
Later she switched to the fashion industry and started working as a Makes-Up Artist.
She established her own brand with the name “Binita Rajkhowa Makeup Studio”. She also did the makeup of Bollywood singer Mahalaxmi Iyer.
